Worked fine for a while – Discussion Forum for iPad Users Review

It suddenly stopped functioning. I attempted to contact support to get help and get directed me to purchasing some other app. What happened? This app crashes and a window pops up indicating that some issue just occurred and to report it to them. When you select, "Support", it hangs indefinitely. I miss getting help and answers using this app. Please fix it.
