Not worth your money! Stick to the free version! – Doctor X - Med School Review

We paid to get the ads removed because it was in the way for our 2 yr old. But we also hoped it would unlock the game and add some complexity to the patients and/ or procedures you get to do. Nope! It's the same boring thing where you pick out splinters, spray on cream, etc. the only added complexity is there might be more cuts, splinters, etc. to deal with. The patients are all them same despite what accident they allegedly got into. It doesn't teach kids anything! We've had it for nearly two years and the only change we've seen is the addition of a blanket that you pull up when the patient starts to get cold.
