Very good exercise app – 7 Minute Superhero Workout Review

A lot of work went into this app, and it shows. The routines are varied, the voice acting and music are good, and the interface is easy to use. Only 4 stars because a few additions would make it better: a gallery of the exercises used (sometimes they use exercises I've never seen before and it takes me a bit to figure it out), a minigame to encourage you to keep exercising and a way to tweak the difficulty level. Warning: the story missions are TOUGH. If you're not in good shape already you should adjust the exercises they give you or, if need be, skip some entirely. The shorter non story workouts can help you get ready for the longer ones.
