Help – Chasing Yello Review

Ok so I like the game but my younger sister wants pinky and she doesn't want to earn the stars. So I got a new iTunes card and tried to buy 10K stars it says successful but I don't get my stars I wasted $10 trying to get it idk if it's the app or if it's my phone but if it the app help please!
