It gets my kids working out on good days – 7 Minute Superhero Workout Review

The app has a nice selection of workouts with some challenging exercises. The on screen demo is useful and the camera tracking works well. I thought it would be much more like an interactive video game than it is. On a good day it's interesting enough to encourage my kids to exercise.
