Improving! – Civil War: 1864 Gold Review

I have played most of this companies games now, and I particularly enjoy the ACW games they produce. This one was a bit glitch prone, at first, sound effects not playing, music too loud, and inconsistent play. However, it has improved to the point where I can give it 4 stars. The look and feel of a miniatures game is certainly here, as well as some of the older Avalon Hill games I enjoyed as a younger player. Now all we need is a Napoleonics game to round this out, and then, perhaps, some variety of a fantasy-based game.
