Great App for emotional wellness – Teddy Bear’s Treehouse - Build Decorate & Paint Your Toy House - Educational Kids Game Review

So many games are geared towards competition, attention seeking, greed through gaining items or points.... This app is a refreshing change from all that nonsense. This is certainly outside of the stale old box! Kids can build a tree house (co-operation and self confidence through achievement), they then get to decorate it however they wish (self expression), they play hoops with the teddybear character (taking turns), then the bear helps your child learn to meditate through guided imagery and even asks your child to draw what he or she "saw" in the vision. It is a really different app and its my favorite price; FREE. Yeah, there are a few ads but if you log out of your app store ID BEFORE handing your phone to your child (parent hacks) then there's no accidental buying or downloading anything. Plus, my son has some special emotional setbacks that sometimes hamper his education at school. This app has been great at giving him examples on how to properly calm down. To the creators of this app, thanks a million!!! To parents who have kids with emotional learning issues this one is a keeper as is "Breathe, think, do" (also free, by Seasame Street)
