Won't launch – Record of Agarest War Review

To clarify: I can't launch the game. It brings up a black screen for a 1/2 second and then it crashes/goes back to the home screen. I'm on version 5.1.1 - a supported OS - and can't upgrade any further. I would LOVE to get a chance to edit this if they fix it.
