Meh...not my favorite – LockScreen+ Review

App gets 3 stars because it does what it says it will do. However, it also does nothing that I cannot do (easily) using Settings-> Wallpapers. It accesses your photos; you pick a photo; then basically you can add a frame and a background color. Not useful to me. Have no clue why anyone would pay for the upgrade on this one, either. More colors? More frames? Come on.
