No sound – Daniel Tiger’s Day & Night Review

I downloaded this app and the sound didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I made sure my iPad software was up to date. I followed all of the troubleshooting ideas for no sound from the website. I still have no sound. The sound works on every other app I have, so I know it is not my iPad. So much of this app involves sound, so now it feels like I just flushed $2.99 down the toilet... It's frustrating because my daughter earned this as a reward for good behavior all week, and now she can't even play with it! Argh! If you can fix it, I'll change my rating...
