Needs a few more details to cover all the nutrition options – EatRight - Food Diary / Journal - Simple Daily Nutrition and Fitness Checklist Review

Oils should be Fats to cover butters, etc. And definitely needs a Sugar option and probably a junk food option. The goal might be ZERO, but the journaling needs to allow you to include ALL the foods you eat and not just the good ones.
