How to access purchased campaign? – Panzer Corps Review

I love this game, but I purchased an expansion campaign (Grand Campaign West '45) and cannot play it. I push play after hitting the classified icon but nothing happens. Same thing with pushing play in the shop menu. Would appreciate a fix or refund!
