Not having difficulty with app – Daniel Tiger's Grr-ific Feelings Review

My child loves Daniel Tiger! He is really enjoying the latest app. I wanted to comment as the reviews below state that the users have difficulty getting the app to load or have sound. The app loaded well for me and also has sound. I am not having difficulty with the app.
