Not too happy... Rip off – Animal Sounds - Fun Toddler Game Review

My son absolutely loves this app but he's only 21 months and easily gets bored with the 10 or so cards they give so I went ahead and purchased the remaining cards thinking this was a great way to learn. First they too a $1 out of my account immediately (not the $.99) which is no big deal it's a penny but I thought it was odd. Then the cards never unlocked. I closed out the app and reopened it. Checked my App Store for downloads and even restarted my phone and they're just not here. I will probably just find a different app.
