When can I play???. – Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery : Episode 2 Review

I purchased this game several weeks ago but apparently his episode is not even finished being created! When is it going to be ready and am I going to be required to pay for it twice?? I am giving full stars only because I liked the prologue and episode 1.
