I payed before..... – My Pet Pony Review

Okay, I got this before, then I deleted it. But I got it again, and I have to pay for everything again when I payed for everything the first time. Is it only where you have to keep the app and if you delete it then you have to pay again? I like the ponies, but this kind of annoyed me:(
