Slow mo doesn't work – Slo-Square - Slow Motion For Instagram and Vine Review

I have the iPhone 5 so I don't have the option for slow mo. I got excited about this app, only to find out my video still plays in regular speed when I upload it. Very disappointed, please fix his issue.
