Can't open the magazine! – ELLE Decor Magazine US Review

Trying to cut back on paper mail I bought the digital subscription and downloaded this app. Should have seen 2 issues at least by now but can't. I go to open/download an issue & get a pop-up asking if I want to buy or cancel the issue. ?? Reviewed my account right there and see when I paid, etc. and still can't view anything but Annoying blocks in my path!!!! Waiting for a "support" answer.
