Doesnt work – TrafficVille 3D Review

Im not sure where to report a problem but i bought this game for my younger cousin and she tried 5 times to get it going but it would load for a while then go back to home screen and i know its not my iPod because i tried all my other games and they all worked when i first tried than i would like my $0.99 back please thanks ?
