Inconsistent – iShutdown - remote power management tool for your Mac and PC Review

It only works half of the time on my network. Never able to get it work over LTE so therefore it's almost useless to me. Can't seem to find a good info on how to set it up. I tweaked my firewall & router and still no luck. I'm not really a beginner when it comes to these things but can't seem to figure it out.
