Good for viewing unless you need to move the camera – NetcamViewer Mobile Review

Great and easy to set up and use, unless you are monitoring a moving target. The camera is able to pan, however it never stops. Unless you have a camera set on one object or if you have someone else that can move the camera for you, you may want to consider another viewer.
