Doesn’t show until after a passcode is entered. – Contact Lockscreen Info Review

I’ve looked all over, but see nothing showing why this shouldn’t work on the screen before a passcode is entered, if you’ve enabled that and have to log in to open your iPad. Only after I log into my iPad will it the contact screen wallpaper. Anyone finding this iPad won’t see any contact information unless they have my code.
