WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!!!!!!? – Fashion Design & Dress up - girls games Review

I got this app on a friends phone and nothing was locked. Now I wanna get a samsung. I could hardly design a different kind of shirt or put in in a different color! Don't get this unless u r getting a samsung and just reading reviews. EVERYTHING WAS LOCKED!!!!!!!!!!!?
