Didn't get my pearls that I paid for – Orca Paradise: Wild Friends Review

I bought some pearls that I never recieved, I clicked on the purchase button 3 or 4 times and got charged all those times and never recieved my pearls I probably lost close to $10 for nothing. I want my money back if I don't get my pearls sadly I probably won't get anything back.
