Something's wrong – Smart Car Robotics - Add-on for the science kit by Thames & Kosmos Review

Lady returned this kit, said it wasn't working, I went through to see what was up, downloaded this app and it was not functional, the buttons on the screen were just all black and the car couldn't be controlled, app needs to be fixed please or all your kits are gonna be returned!
