Fun app, Poor – Shout Review

The app itself is fun and user friendly. Where it falls short is the communication and follow up by it's administrators. I have seen several people complaining that they didn't get their rewards/prizes on the chat board. And my own experiences have been similar. They are rude when they communicate and seem to take no responsibility for their own mistakes.
