needs a little work – iWeather Forecast Review

way to slow loading your favorite cities, i am talking about 40 seconds. i am using a 4s and the plus sign at the top of the screen and the gear sign at the bottom of the screen are off the screen making it difficult to access these buttons. i think these buttons are setup for the iPhone 5 screen? the app. is a nice visual and accurate but needs to be fine tuned.
