Doesn't work most of the time – Yahoo Live Web Insights Review

The concept of this app is excellent. However, it rarely seems to be working. It always shows no customers in my store, no page views, or if it does show someone in the store it will not say they are buying even though I see their order come through. The page view comparison chart is never accurate. I would love to have this app actually work the way it is supposed to. Very disappointed.
