I think it is flawed – Entrain Review

I tried to use it during my recent trip to and back between IST and PST. During the flight I tried to stick to the recommended schedule and find that the app does not properly adjust to the changing timezone sand loss of hours. E.g., the hours that I carefully adjusted for the actual lighting and sleeping conditions went missing after a few hours. It might be that they got removed when the phone adjusted the tz, but that is wrong as the history is gone and will not be accounted for in the future calculation. The interface is terrible too but I would not mind as long as the app is functional.
