I am using it now while doing the program. So helpful and motivating! Being able to see the shopping list by days you select is great. The videos are good to help keep you on track. I love this program so far and see myself doing it often. I am on day 4 and I have boundless energy and am not hungry at all. Thanks Jason Vale!
