Good idea, but poor execution – Entrain Review

I like the concept of this app, but I don't think it is working correctly. I would like to start adjusting my sleep schedule while here in the states in preparation for a trip to Europe. However, I don't see a way to do that with the app (and I would prefer to not spend the first 4 days of vacation on a weird schedule). Wish this app was more useful, it is a neat idea...
