Needs clear instructions – Entrain Review

I am a physician and comfortable with Apps and regard this as the least clear App I have ever used. I am enormously jet lagged but do not think that is the reason. This App needs clear instructions. Is one supposed to start it several days before travel or just dive in. Why is it telling me when to go to bed tomorrow but not today. Like the idea but not the execution
