Slow app / dictator owner – Cashier | Point of Sale (POS) Register Review

we have been using cashier live for almost 2 years. They turned off our ability to swipe credit cards over Memorial Day weekend . This is the 3rd time they have done this except this time they did not answer the phone so we could not get the swipe feature reinstated . They are bullying us this way due to the fact that they want to cash in on credit card merchant services and want us to switch from our current provider to them. I was about to switch but I'm very concerned that they wouldn't answer the phone for 3 days and voicemail was full to leave a message. Luckily I found other pos systems that work with my current hardware and a easier setup . They are brazen for a company with an app that isn't that good . If it wasn't for cheap price we would have switched long ago. There a few app that have about the same pricing structure out now . Thanks Tom at cashier live for me helping find a better app that's not yours
