Needs hints – Bear, Star, Sun, and Moon Review

So I am playing this game along with a few other people from around the world and we are all completely stuck at the same point. We have the SD handle,and flashlight. Need batteries and hint for keypad code! I tweeted the developer and got no response. I will change my rating b/c the game is great besides being stuck.
