Doesn’t work

Used to be great. Then they added Allergy Impact rating that says I shouldn’t have symptoms when pollen count is high. Except I always have symptoms then. For a month it’s been stuck on 0 pollen count, which is disproved by the official pollen count. Deleted and re-downloaded, but no change.

It was a great app until yesterday and now there’s nothing to report no pollen reading nothing what’s going on.
Good concept; terrible execution

First, the latest release of this product has completely broken it. There is no data feed, only a “null” where the allergy index is supposed to show up. This is the one thing that this is supposed to be able to provide. Please hire some QA! Second, in the 2 years I’ve had this app as a reference I have never been able to learn anything about my allergies. They have a tracking mechanism but I won’t look at a set of data points in a week or a month. And it won’t track data by location If you miss a single day or hop on a plane all your data is wiped. So many apps out here no how to do this - this Dev team should just go copy one of them and get it right.

Last update broke the app. No allergy info, everything is <null> so no point. Time for a new pollen app, not that it was helpful anyways.

Apparently this app works when it wants. I cannot get it to show any pollen counts and my area has high counts at this time. I even deleted and reloaded the app. If does not start working, I will delete permanently.
Fix crash

Anyone crashing when opening delete and re download app. That will fix crashing but be warned the app isn’t working since last update. No data comes in only Null
