Sadly, too many glitches

I played this game years ago and loved it, but this time around there are glitches that make it less enjoyable. The balls keep rolling but I can’t shoot or use a boost and have to just sit there and watch them roll until I lose. I’ve lost too many jewels to continue much longer. Very frustrating. Disappointed. There’s so no way to contact support to report issues.

Is it just me or does this game began to cheat after a certain amount of levels. My internet works completely fine but right when I’m close to completing a board, the game skips or the ball changes colors after I’ve changed it already. The ball would change colors randomly or sometimes I never get the color I need which also causes me to lose the game.

Played level 20 for 1.5 hours and never cold complete it! Reviews on Google also say level 20 can’t be completed sooo I’m done!
Glitchy. Crashes a lot

The game is fun and addictive when it works. Unfortunately, it crashes a lot. Especially when you are watching the imbedded commercials in an effort to earn "rubies" which are the currency you need to purchase power-ups. I’d prefer to test my skills without the use of power-ups, but some levels are so insanely difficult the only way you have a chance to win is to use them. Of course, you can use real money to buy power-ups, but I refuse to spend a dime on a game that crashes this much. Fix the glitches and maybe I will reconsider my position.
So addicting and challenging!!

Use to play this 10+ years ago on the computer. Happy to see it out again on mobile. Very challenging and can be a little glitchy with the color balls switching up when shooting otherwise it’s a a great game.

I used to have this as a computer game and the first 5 rounds were fast, easy, and fun. But then the game froze on an advertisement. I rebooted and it glitched so badly it was unplayable. So I lost and it froze on an ad again.
