Do not purchase! Terrible platform. Outdated design. No good way to filter. Random push notifications: tells when someone people like you but not others, doesn’t give push notifications when you get an actual message with words though.

This is the biggest joke of a dating app I’ve ever used. Nothing but a money grab, have to pay for this, pay for that, whatever. I don’t mind paying but being nickeled & dimes to even read messages & it’s not even a message?? Yeah, complete rip off.

I’ve been trying to deactivate my account and it won’t let me. All it’s doing is pausing my account for the time being but I want to get rid of this thing for good.
A Few Issues with the App

1- I am 42 seeking men 38-48. I specified that when setting my search criteria. But that didn’t limit the ages of those that could see and respond to my profile. I’d say a majority of my messages were from men in their fifties and as old as 64. 2- Same issue above applies to any ethnicity you wish to search within. 3- I had a few messages from men that said a canned “thanks for the greeting”. But I’d never sent them a greeting, nor would I. I think the app is doing this to encourage communication. But it didn’t work. 4- When an interested person smiles or winks your way, you are asked if you are interested. Saying no does nothing. They can continue to message you and harass you if you don’t reply. 5- As a result of #4, I had a 54 year old man become inappropriate. I told him 4 different times I wasn’t interested. There is no way to block a person unless you report them for abuse of the rules. Overall a positive experience. I met two men in three months, both positive experiences. I may come back to Zoosk in the future but hope they fix some of the above listed issues.

I wish I would never paid for this app Can’t filter/ screen or search for matches at all matches or anywhere from 35-155 miles away There is no way to filter your searches by age, weather you have kids so I would say 80 to 90% of the profiles I see you have children and I cannot turn this to filter them out

I gave it a month and met a few people. After a week I changed settings and got the same people for results so when my month was up, I let the membership expire. Two days later, I get an e-mail saying 3 people are interested in me so I pay the $29.99 and sign up. The message box has the number indicating 3 messages. After I pay for the month, that number 3 disappeared and not only were there no messages but nobody even viewed my profile. This is totally illegal and I will be contacting the States Attorney's office to see how many other complaints they have against them.
