Zoom care is really handy.. when you used to be able to make an appointment over the phone. Now they keep telling me I must use the app to schedule an appointment. Ok fine. How do I do that when the app doesn't work, heck, it won't even download. Very dissatisfied with this online only change. At least make sure your app functions properly if it's the only way you'll accept patients.

Even with new update app still doesn’t open. And the surprise $550 bill after being told insurance would cover was a nice touch.

Love ZoomCare, but the app has been having issues, and needs work on the iPhone X!

1)Can’t access dr’s work notes/service animal notes (cost me $150) 2)not easy to make appointment for child 3) rescheduling appointments results in multiple appointments NOT a traditional reschedule but an obvious money grubbing tactic due to numerous appointments 5) can’t remove credit card on profile that was compromised but can add infinite accounts 6)legacy has a competitive model

App works decently. There is a glitch that doesn’t let me schedule appointments outside of the current day. Would also be a nice and very handy touch to include bills and summary of bills available on the app. I hate how ZOOM care mysteriously bills me without notice of the actual amount.

Went for a cold cause I have asthma and colds are severe in my case. They can’t schedule an appointment on the phone. They don’t have an Android app and it’s $145 just to walk into the door without insurance. Which is fine still cheaper then paying $300 every month when I get sick once every two years. Point is not user friendly to set up an appointment. Get an android app not just an IOS app

The app, while it looks nice, is missing some key functionality...specifically around account management, merging, its late on updates for the newest phone formats and functions...and the app doesn’t seem to have updated safety and tech controls..
Buggy and unreliable for me

I found it difficult to schedule an appointment any other day and time than today in Portland, despite being I Seattle. I’ve tried constantly updating the app but it still doesn’t give me access to the proper location. Why won’t it just save locale in my profile? Or maybe it doesn’t work well outside of Oregon? Either way, I always end up going to the website. I never get my messages either. If it weren’t for Amy Schade I would have dropped Zoom on account of how difficult it is to do basic things without workarounds.
