I started using the zoom app during the Covid-19 lockdowns in 2020, as many others did. I appreciate the ability to have meetings, classes and study groups virtually and this app has performed so well. Thank you so much for making it available and for maintaining it. Based on my positive experience, I continue to use it and highly recommend it to others.

When trying to connect with my doctor for a virtual visit , I receive an error message that says unable to connect.

Extremely difficult to use

I highly don’t recommend this application because I’ve never gotten it to work when I do video meetings; versus when I use FaceTime or google duo. Because Ive used and have a google account for years and never had a problem with duo or FaceTime.

I can’t get on zoom anymore because of this error code on my iOS device and their support is unavailable for free users. Just trying to get on my normal AA meetings. Yeesh. #8yearsSober

I’ve been doing zoom since my classes and meetups have stopped since the pandemic. It’s a great way to continue teaching and or meeting and sharing music and dance with people and students
