Stuck In Quarantine

The game has potential to be a great game, but it’s super glitchy. It crashes a lot also. I can’t play for a full minute without it crashing.

Doesn’t give you the free coins when you fulfill an action!

I love this game, but it really is rough to play if you don’t want to spend actual money to get coins. You need coins to expand your park and you hardly come across coins. Only way to get them is to buy them with real money. I get that’s the way for the developer to make money, however, they do give the option of getting FREE coins by doing certain actions, like taking a survey or buying a service/product. I have wasted about 2 hours doing surveys and have NEVER received coins for them. It’s ridiculous. Don’t offer the coins if you’re not going to actually give them to the player.

Keeps crashing

I love the game it’s a lot of fun but I’m honestly about to delete because it keeps crashing to the point I’m not really being able to enjoy the game anymore. Please fix crashing issues. Thanks

Server not connected

As of today, I am getting a server not connected message every time I try to leave my zoo to go to others. It’s not my internet, I checked and tried to use my cellular data. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

I really love this game, but I’m about to just be done playing it honestly. 90% of the time when I watch a video ad it’s some real suspect looking, illegitimate game or app. They don’t fit the screen correctly, so you can’t even exit out of the ad once it’s finished playing, so not only do you NOT get the reward you’re trying to earn but you also have to completely restart the game. I will sit down to play this game and this will literally happen over and over again and over again... get it together people! Only agree to play ads that are legit, and figure out why the heck they play so shoddily ?

I downloaded this game over 2 years ago when it is available in Chinese iTunes Store and played it a lot. It is a perfect game to spend your tiny pieces of time. But later I found I cannot update it anymore and it is no longer available in the Chinese store. I had a hard time without the animals. Luckily I found it here and I can play it again.

I cant remove the quality from high to bad

When you open a new area there is a lot of trees, stones, you have to pay to remove this things so you can build and it’s too expensive like you’ve to pay 1,000 for remove a stone!! There’s too many things are expensive absolutely we need iTunes for reach a new level it’s hard to do it by yourself.

I love this game!! The only issue I have is that later in the game upgrading and keeping the game going becomes more difficult. To expand your zoo takes more and more gold coins. Now, I need over 700 to expand and I collect about 20 coins per day. Also, when you upgrade one kiosk, other kiosk prices more than double in price as a result. Unfortunately, I’m getting to the point of just opening the game to collect profit and closing it right away.
