So this frustrating thing happens when I try to log onto the game. it doesn’t work I can’t log on. it just has brought me back to my home screen every time.if this never happened I would have gave it five stars.now it’s just one.

I love this game! I play it everyday, I just can’t get enough! It lost a star because unfortunately lately it has been malfunctioning and will kick me out of the game before it even loads. It’s super frustrating, especially because of the daily rewards. I’ve tried the new update and the same thing still happens. If the developers were to fix this, it would be five stars all around.

I can’t get into the game it keeps logging out and every time I try it doesn’t work. It only happens on this app. But I gave it 3 stars because before when I was able to get in I loved it. I love animals and this game is one of my favorite. I just wished I could get in the game ?. Every single comment that is recent has this problem so please fix it and notice our comments!!!

I really liked this game at first but you basically can’t do anything without diamonds after awhile and they really don’t give you very many chances to get diamonds without paying for them. Most animals and land expansions cost over 100 diamonds and it’s $10 USD just for 100 diamonds which is ridiculous. I had a lot of fun it at first and I would still like playing it if their was still things I could do without spending a ton on money but it’s nearly impossible.

So I genuinely like the game, I play a lot and have a blast with breeding and expanding. I also had a wonderful experience with customer support when I lost my game and they helped me completely restore everything I had. However my only down side to this game is how you have to use diamonds for a lot of different reasons. I feel as if diamonds should be easier to get instead of having to pay every time you need some, .99 cent for 10 diamonds or any of the higher packages. Also with breeding I feel like if you use diamonds to increase your chances and that breeding does not work you should be credited your diamonds back because it was a failed breeding. Other than that like I said I genuinely like the game and have fun playing.

I’m so disappointed in this game. It was fun at first, but it was crashing every time I tried to load after the update. I deleted the ap thinking I could reload and continue where I left off, but it is making me start over. I tried to sign in but can’t remember my password and I see no option to reset. It just says user not found.

There used to be more items you could buy by saving “money” but now almost all the good stuff has to be purchased with diamonds, and a lot of them. To make a good zoo, you’ll have to spend a good amount of your real money. I’m pretty much stuck now so may have to stop playing. I’m not spending my real money.
