This app shows you your exercise intensity using your real-time heart rate, and it has four heart rate zones to understand your exercise intensity at a glance.

• FAT BURN - For longer exercise. Predominantly uses fat for energy.
• WARM UP - For preparation and recovery.

With these four zones, you can start heart rate training very easily and quickly.
You don't have to remember your target heart rate or intensity %.

Calories burned do not show up during certain workouts and as a result I don’t get notified what my effort is in the various zones.

I am a huge fan of Orangetheory and this app is very similar ! I originally got the app to help me compare my home gym workouts to my OTF workouts but now I use this app even during my OTF class to compare my results. I think it is super helpful and if you also enjoy Orange but don’t want to pay the high price then I try this app out!

I thought by looking at the pictures, I would be able to have access to all of my stats for free. Why show them when I have to pay $5?? I am only able to see minimum things that I got on other apps I am trying to upgrade on by getting this one. Although I have not run with it yet I am already disappointed.

This app works great with my Apple Watch and iPhone health app. As someone who started out very out of shape - I was grateful for this app which helps know how hard I’m pushing myself and when to go further or slow down.

It’s a good App. Great watching real-time heart zones so I can adjust my intensity. Just FYI - some of the reviews are obviously written by company people, they contain the same grammar mistakes as their written instructions. It is the best Apple Watch compatible heart zone I have seen.

I find I’m improving health wise due to this app. I regulate my workouts more intelligently and improve my health because of that input. It is very helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Was so excited for this app, but it never downloaded to my Apple Watch even though I installed and reinstalled several times. On my first install, I had purchased the upgrade to PRO- but when I reinstalled, the app wanted me to pay AGAIN to be PRO. This is ridiculous and there’s no way to submit a troubleshooting request over email. Such a waste of money.
