Simply tilt your iPhone left & right to move your character. Your purpose is to evade the Zombie wall's. If you crash into the Zombie wall's the Zombies following behind you will slowly catch up to you.
Certain items can help you spice up your play.

Invincible mode Item : Your character will be imune to Zombies for a short period.
Reverse mode Item : Left/Right movement is reversed for a short period.
Surprise Zombie Item : When you eat this item your play screen will be temporaily blocked by a Zombie.
