This game was fun until I got to the last level and found that it’s impossible to beat without buying that $20 weapon pack that comes with gold I don’t need. You can’t even get to $500 in gold coins watching the ads because they cut you off at $495 so no matter what you have to spend money to finish the game. I’m pretty sure EA Games was just in a bunch of hot water with their star wars game for these lame practices. And for those that will make the argument that you’re already getting a free game... I’m watching the lame ads which pays them. So no, it’s not free. They make their money the same way your favorite “free” youtube channel does.

When it comes to augmented reality video games especially on the iPhone I’ve had a pretty bad experience. but this game really rewrites how I think about AR games. it’s one of the best A.R. games I’ve ever played with awesome graphics and has a wide selection of weapons that you can upgrade I would suggest this to many friends!

They want for you to spend $199 getting equipped to play this game. That is $199, as in one hundred and ninety-nine dollars. I think you can buy an xbox for less. I have never seen such a poor value in my life. On their game, Zombie Gunship, you can get by without spending much money at all—at least I did. And I thought the $3 or $4 I spent on that game was worth it. I hate to admit that I was stupid enough to put $5 Into this one for an upgrade of one weapon that did not even come to a 10% upgrade—for one crappy weapon. I am deleting the game now. This will be the first time I ever demanded a full refund at the AppStore.

I adore the game, I very seldom rate games because many games/apps never catch my attention or seem to be fun enough for me to bother rating. This game is amazing and fun, let’s me take out some zombies while I’m at work and I get the chance ;) but I think it’d be nice if you had an upgrade option for the defense A.I. Like you could upgrade their attack, health, attack speed, etc. and a big thing would be if you could use multiple of the same weapon, for example instead of one MK2 weapon, you could have two of them equipped. But I love the game and wether you add that or not I will continue to love and play it regardless. Fantastic game.

... unfortunately, incredibly unbalanced weaponry will always leave you guessing, and eventually tiresome and stagnant halfway through the game -less one star for that part of gameplay only! You earn upgrades through play, and through watching videos, and these will only upgrade your weakest weapons, so it’s pretty much pointless. It eggs you on in the beginning with a tiny upgrade here and there, then no upgrades to your primary weaponry for many games on end. Additionally I have seen level one weapons beat out level five weapons depending on the levels of the weapon. You may as well forget the kill power of the weapon because it seems the other variables that superseded it. The only way I was able to balance my weapons was rotating them in and out giving me a feel, as well as gauging off the success or failure of kill stats at the end of each game. Generally speaking, I think the canons are a joke and usually just roll with machine guns, and once in a while the sniper gun. Rockets are must have all times and really the key to the game. Keep an overview of the collecting zombies at all times. Always have the next widespread group lined up so that every 10 seconds you send the rockets and never waste one -even if it’s hella hard to pull yourself away a split second from you current scrimmage. And always watch your flanks. I find it best to keep certain walls intact at all costs -even if you have to sacrifice parts of the map when things get heavy. And channel those little maggots in tight spots to focus your fire power! I’m the type of player that believes in paying for a game to support the developer cost, but don’t like paying for upgraded weapons as it seems to me like it’s not earned and cheating -especially when playing against others. That said, I’ve heard dumping a little coin into this game does pay off with some heavy hitting guns. The game is meticulously put together with great AR affects!
