Great game but where's part 2?

I enjoyed this one as much as the first (maybe even more) but part 2 should have been released by now. It said "..will be released in the 3rd quarter of 2017.." and 2017 is already about to end in a little over 2 weeks. If you're not finished writing the 2nd part then that's fine, don't rush and take your time to finish it until you feel it's ready for release but a little update like "Hey guys the release is going to be pushed back since I haven't finished writing it" would've been better than complete silence.

I had a great experience with this interactive novel. The level of intricacy within the game had me astounded. I’m a huge fan of the more realistic survival games, especially those surrounding the undead, and the author did a wonderful job of capturing this essence. I must admit that I am now rather impatiently waiting for part two, just because I’m so excited to pick up where I left off in the story! Great job overall, I just wish it lasted a little longer haha. Thank you for an amazing experience with your creativity!

I’ve literally never written a review, but this was just too good not to leave a review on. I was kinda hesitant at first about buying the whole version of the game, however I was surprised to find that the good vibe from the beginning of the story continued throughout the adventure. Great game, can’t wait for part 2.

I played the trial for the first zombie exodus and never really got into it but THIS GAME IS AMAZING! I love it! The customization of your character is awesome. I love that instead of just picking a predetermined main character, you can play with the stats and make whoever you want. The characters feel like real people. They make you feel like your in the game, instead of just doing what I wanted my guy to do, I found myself doing what I would do in the situation. The flaws were a really cool touch. I LOVED having my dog with me, wish there would have been more breeds to choose from and you could choose the sex of the dog. I could deal with my pit bull being a German Shepherd but every time they referred to her as “he” it kinda broke the immersion for me for a second, but only for a second. Would also be cool if you could name another person (have my wife or one of my cousins with me) and pick your state (instead of just being in Colorado(?) but I know that’s a lot of work with different climates, just some ideas for maybe another game? Only thing that disappointed me was that I felt like all the points I put into survival didn’t matter in part one. I was expecting to get to build a shelter, hunt, trap and hopefully fish a little bit (if I can find/craft a fishing pole) to help feed my group. I did get a squirrel but never got a chance to eat it. I’m sure all of that is coming in part two if it ever comes out. Even if it isn’t, I’ll still buy it. Well worth another $5-10. Hopefully it is still coming out, please don’t leave us hanging.

i kind of dislike how i ended up having to pay full price for an incomplete story. i don’t mind if part two comes out for free, but it was suggested that i’d have to pay for it once it’s released, which bothers me. and the false promise of part two being released in 2017 when it’s already 2018 also ticks me off. but other than that, Zombie Exodus 2 is a great game, and i highly recommend it.
