Freezes , can’t search with filters. If you’re used to using Zillow this will frustrate the crap out of you

There’s never a direct number to call, when you get hold of someone, they promise to call back and never do. Looks fraudulent to me.

Look for further. This app has arguable the most fluid user interface for searching for real estate listings with all relevant information a user would require in making a decision on buying or renting a property. I find the google street view feature and schools details plus ranking extremely useful. The only issue i will highlight is that the school ranking is based on the 2014 Fraser report and needs to be updated to the current ranking

This app is great and very easy to navigate, and wonderful for looking at homes. I was struggling to be able to get my Zillow app to stay in Canada, it was only working on my computer but I prefer using my phone. Zolo was listed in Google as the best app to use for looking at homes in Canada which I needed since I am moving back soon. I have never used a better app. The only thing I would suggest is adding a mètres option so people can select a city they want to live in or around by being able to set a within range.

I really want to like this app, but it is not user friendly and freezes all. The. Time. It always says I have an alert no matter how often I clear them. And I get so many alerts from houses in areas I don’t want or at prices I can’t afford. If I put more than 2 parameters into the filter it freezes. You can’t search an address, only areas. You can’t remove saved homes from your list, they stay there until they’re sold, and even then, they just shift to another list. So if you want to look up a house you like, it is a lot of freezing, or a lot of scrolling. And if you want to share a property you found with someone else...they have to open a Zolo account. This app has potential, but right now it is all kinds of frustrating.

Bug - Filters don’t work when i click on map. When i click on map, it shows all the homes in that area. Feature - I wish it could have x-out feature as they have favorite, so that i know which homes i rejected. Feature - I wish there is an option to connect/see all favorite open houses in app map. It’s a pain first to look for addresses in zolo app and then enter it one by one in phone maps.
