No Landscape Mode

Can’t believe there is an app in 2022 where the Devs have failed to allow landscape mode. I was going to use it on my iPad, but since it does not turn, it’s completely useless.

I created an account with Zola about a year ago and when my ex-fiancé (yes EX) broke up with me I emailed them to delete my account. It has now been FOUR times since I received my first “Account Successfully Deleted” email that I’ve had to email them because turns out it wasn’t. It is absolutely ridiculous that my account will never actually be deleted and I get the oh-so-wonderful reminder that my ex left me for another woman. I don’t know how much clearer I need to be with them for my account to actually be deleted. Worst customer service experience ever.

The app looks great and theoretically would be ideal, but I have not received a single item within a reasonable timeframe. Items are all back ordered and take months to ship. Shipments come broken or missing parts. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful.
Doesn’t ship invitations to Hawaii

Don’t bother with getting invitations through Zola if you’re shipping them to Hawaii. They’ll send you proofs and samples, but when it comes time to ship all the invitations they do not send them to Hawaii. Other than that, great app.
Up charges EVERYTHING!

I started my registry on Zola and went to add a ninja foodi. They were charging $330 when bed bath and beyond (and everywhere else) was charging $199. When I reached out to them to do the price match the response I got was “we’ll honor it if you order it full price in the next 48 hours then we’ll refund you money” NO NO NO!!!!! After looking at numerous other items on my registry and noticing they were charging anywhere from $3 to $130 more I decided to move my registry elsewhere. I will NEVER support this company. Up charging like that is done in bad taste and the response I got was appalling. I URGE everyone who has a registry through them to take a look at prices elsewhere on the internet. I’ve moved on to crate and barrel and bed bath and beyond and couldn’t be happier. And also deleted my entire Zola account. Not just the registry.

Several of my guests have had a lot of trouble with the website & said it was confusing trying to get gifts from the Zola website. And I’ve received multiple of the same gifts even after I marked them as purchased. It’s nice on the bride/groom end but I think the all over it’s probably better to use individual sites. Kinda a bummer.

The app is tolerable but the company is terrible!! Do not use them for your wedding anything, especially your registry! Terrible communication and they don’t care at all about your order issues....still waiting for resolution and we got married almost 8 months ago!!

Good for everything except WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANYONE TO DONATE TO A HONEYMOON FUND BECAUSE IT LITERALLY WONT BE RECEIVED UNTIL AFTER YOUR HONEYMOON IS WELL OVER.
