Getting organized
Love the falafels. Miss the pita falafel sandwich on the menu. Love the sauces! Miss that Zoe’s is turning into Cava. Eat here while you can.
So glitchy

This app has progressively gotten worse. It is so glitchy… I have to log in about 5 times before it will actually log me in, even though each time it says I’ve “successfully logged in.” Also, I usually have to restart the app once I’m logged in because it is messing up, which then makes me have to go through the long, unsuccessful process of logging in again. On top of that, it is extremely slow when it is working correctly. Please fix this app

I come here all the time, probably twice a week and it’s always delicious and right on time. The staff is amazing and so is the food

Eating healthy made easy

Zoe’s is a family favorite for healthy eating out. We order at least 1-2 times per month. Being able to use the app to place our order and pick it up saves a lot of time. It’s easy to use. My only issue is I wish that it would update when they are out of items. Sometimes I order while I’m at work and I can’t answer when they call to offer to replace it with something else so it either gets cancelled altogether or they replace it with something I don’t like. It would be nice if there were a way that it could update to say not available if it’s not available.

Won’t let me, a longtime customer, login. Won’t let me reset my password when following instructions mailed to me. Won’t let me “contact us” when following instructions. How is a person supposed to get into their account?
