Love his car wash and I’m also an unlimited wash member. However, the last few times I’ve been through, the vacuums have been awful. I had to untwist the nozzle to remove a wad of paper and an ink pin. Today we went and the first stall we pulled into was missing the vacuum hose so we had to move to another stall only to find that the vacuums on both sides of the car had less than adequate suction. Also, please bring back the wipe and air freshener vending machines!

I love how zips will clean my car but it would be nice if I could even use the app ! I have a iPhone X s max and I can’t even sign in I’m so disappointed in Zips . :/ now I can’t even get my free wash

My purchases have not been showing up since October. I have been unable to submit info via the app on this as I get to the support page and there is nothing there. I have a free wash, tried to use it today and was told I was not authorized to do so. Had an expired card on the account. Tried to delete and nothing happened. Tried to add a new card and was prompted with an error. I’m actually glad I cancelled my membership.

I just used the wash for the very first time. The rear of my car is extremely streaked and the soap didn’t get entirely cleaned off of the car. I did enjoy being able to vacuum my car out. After paying $16 for a car wash, I expected my car to at least resemble dirt and spot free
