I used to LOVE this app. But, now it doesn’t work anymore. I’m so bummed. I hope they fix it.

I found my current house on this app. My realtor was amazed how I was finding homes before her. I was a huge advocate for ZipRealty. Now the app has a lot of issues. You have to continue to zoom in and out for houses to show up. Not all houses for sale show up. Houses that have sold still show up. I wouldn’t recommend. Redfin or Zillow much better.

Has some recent quirks

I love browsing homes and have really enjoyed the time I’ve spent using this app. However now you have to zoom to get homes to load, and when it does load, it loads slowly. This past weekend I went to an open house (that I found through this app) now today I don’t see the listing as well as some other homes that I saw listed on the app last night. It could be the app is struggling with the recent iOS so hopefully the next ZipRealty update will resolve these annoying quirks.

New version is horrible

The app used to be easy to use and fun to check out areas. It now forces you to jump through hoops and filters and menus ... no thanks.

Loved on iPad, but not on iPhone

I loved this app my iPad but on my iPhone, it stinks. I could barley read where to put my name and password the letters were so light. In the app, I could barely read the info on the properties as the letters were dark grey on light grey back ground. I’m deleting it.

Not in my region...

Simply... The app States it doesn't service the region I'm searching. And this is a major metro area!

I always get emails for property in the wrong state.

It would have been nice for you to include a disclaimer that your app does not include data for all parts of the United States. I downloaded the app only to find out that my area is “not serviced” and for me to try searching in another area (which does me no good since I know where I want to live). Will you kindly list all zip codes you do not service to save others the time and hassle of downloading your app and creating an account only to find out they aren’t allowed to use your app?
